EPC announce the Paralympic Athletics calender in 2024

The Egyptian Paralympic Committee, under the leadership of Dr. Hossam El-Din Mustafa, has announced the Paralympic Athletics calendar for 2024.

The first tournament of the year is scheduled to start today, with the first stage of the Republic Championships taking place from January 9th to 11th at the American University stadiums in the Fifth Settlement.

The trials for the national team in Athletics for the first-class and under-17 categories will be held on January 25th and 26th.

The Egyptian national team will participate in the Dubai Grand Prix “Fazza International Championships” in the United Arab Emirates from February 7th to 16th.

The second stage of the Republic Championships will take place at the American University stadiums from February 14th to 17th.

The national team will also participate in the Grand Marrakesh Championship from April 21st to 29th.

The third stage of the Republic Championships will be held at the Olympic Center in Maadi from April 24th to 27th.

The Egyptian national team will participate in the Kobe 2024 World Championships in Japan from May 17th to 25th.

The Egyptian Cup Championship for first-class and under-17 categories will take place at the Olympic Center in Maadi from June 12th to 15th.

It is expected that the Paralympic Athletics champions will participate in the major sporting event, the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, which will take place from August 28th to September 6th of this year.

The Egyptian Paralympic Committee, under the leadership of Dr. Hossam El-Din Mustafa, pays great attention to sports for people with disabilities in coordination and cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the sports federations that include Paralympic activities in their agendas.

The Egyptian Paralympic Committee aims to qualify the largest number of players in various sports to participate in the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games and achieve more achievements for Egyptian sports.
