The Table Tennis Federation, headed by Moataz Ashour, decided to hold Egypt International Para Table Tennis Championship this month, at Hassan Mustafa Hall in 6th of October City.
Counselor Issam Zidan, the Egyptian Table Tennis Federation board member, and the one in charge of Para Table Tennis activities , confirmed that the tournament will be held from January 24th to 27th .
It is noteworthy that Egypt hosted the African Para Table Tennis Championship, which was held during the period from September 21 to the 23 of the same month at the Hassan Mustafa Halls Complex.
In the individuals, the Egyptian national team grabbed 27 various medals including 5 gold, 8 silver, and 14 bronze medals.
The Egyptian Paralympic Committee, headed by Dr. Hossam El-Din Mostafa, pays great attention to sports for people with disabilities in coordination and cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the different sports federations that include Paralympic activity on their agenda.
The Egyptian Paralympic Committee aims to qualify the largest number of players in various sports to participate in the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games and collect more m medals for Egypt .
