A Newly Appointed Executive Director for the Egyptian Paralympic Committee

The newly appointed Executive Director Eng. Amr El Sadek, has extensive experience in the field of sports management and track record of success.

“We are excited to have him join our organization.,” commented Dr. Hossam Eldeen Mustafa, President of the Egyptian Paralympic Committee.

The executive director would be responsible for overseeing the operational activities of multiple activities within the committee. His primary focus would be to ensure that each unit is running efficiently and effectively, while also working to promote overall growth and smooth operation.

Eng. Amr El Sadek will be working closely with the President and Board to establish and execute strategic plans that align with the overall objectives of the Egyptian Paralympic Committee.

He will be responsible for identifying key performance metrics for each unit and monitoring progress towards achieving those goals. He will also be responsible for implementing best practices across all units to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Throughout his past experiences as Deputy Executive Director for Sports Affairs, in Shooting Club developed a strong leadership skill, strategic thinking abilities, and a deep understanding of sports for person with disabilities. Accordingly, he can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Ultimately, his goal would be to help the committee achieve its long-term strategic objectives by maximizing the performance of each unit within the Committee. He has previous experience in the field of marketing and sports management career.

Engineer Amr graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, got a diploma of International Management from Cambridge University ,and Sports Management Certificate from Helwan University.

El-Sadek used to be a basketball player, and chaired the basketball committee at Shooting club. He used to be a board member of Giza Zone of Egyptian Basketball Federation.
