The Egyptian Paralympic Committee, headed by Dr. Hossam El-Din Mostafa, issued a statement expressing its full support for the decisions taken by his excellency, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, regarding the Egyptian position on the Palestinian issue and his clear rejection of targeting innocent Palestinian civilians and the criminal acts committed by the occupation forces against civilians and defenseless children.
We also praise the president’s handling of the current situation and his call to stop the bloodshed and successive massacres committed against the Palestinian people.
We are also emphasizing our support of the political leadership’s steps to prevent the forced displacement of Palestinians to Egypt, especially Sinai, in an attempt to liquidate the Palestinian cause and prevent the Palestinians’ rights to regain their land forever.
The Egyptian Paralympic Committee and the entire sports community for people with disabilities announce their full support for the steps taken by the Egyptian state in this regard, whatever the cost, stressing that the Egyptian national security is a red line, and tampering with the capabilities of the Egyptian people or trying to seize part of their land is completely unacceptable.
