In continuation to the strategic plan of the newly appointed members of board of the Egyptian Paralympic Committee headed by Dr. Hossam El-Din Mostafa a contract was signed with one of the major software companies to begin the digital transformation of the committee. The signing came in the presence of Emad Ramadan, Treasurer of the Egyptian Paralympic Committee.
This contract comes within the framework of the EPC’s keenness to keep pace with the vision advocated “Egypt 2030.”
The process of digital transformation of the committee will last for t six months, and within days the company will start implementing the first phase of work, which includes internal planning for the committee, which takes a period of three months during which workers are trained and work systems are developed and linked electronically, to gradually cancel the use of paper and work with the electronic system.
After the end of the first phase, the second phase begins for another three months, during which the federations and clubs affiliated with the EPC will be linked to the committee electronically, and registration, activity plans, and everything related to will be facilitated through this electronic system.
Dr. Hossam El-Din Mustafa confirmed that the committee is witnessing development in all fields, and it must work electronically to keep pace with the development taking place in the world and to facilitate all services for federations, committees, players and their employees.
Mustafa added that this agreement, which has begun into force, is one of the strategic goals set by the EPC’s Board of Directors since he took over responsibility.
Mustafa expressed, “Digital transformation is one of the most important goals to provide all services, whether to clubs, federations, players, and anyone related to the field of Paralympics electronically, from registering, paying, providing services, etc. Electronic services will also be linked to the committee’s website, which displays the local and international activity programs, and a special email will be created for each organization, giving it a user name and password so that the club can view the tournament programs and determine the budget for each tournament in which it will participate. The club can both register its players and pay the fees electronically.
