Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, the Minister of Youth and Sports, extended heartfelt congratulations to the Egyptian national football deaf team after conquering Germany 4-3 on penalty shoots, after the match ended 0-0, securing their place in the semi-finals of the Deaf World Cup in Malaysia.
Dr. Ashraf Sobhy expressed his joy at the achievements of the Egyptian deaf football team in the World Cup, affirming that these results are a continuation of the positive outcomes achieved by Egyptian sports thanks to the great support of the political leadership.
Dr. Ashraf Sobhy also emphasized that the Egyptian state continues to support its sports and Paralympic champions by providing them with all the means of success, through coordination and collaboration between the ministry, the Olympic committee, and the Paralympic committee working together for the welfare of Egypt’s champions.
