The Egyptian Paralympic athletics national team has grabbed ten medals at the Dubai 2023 World Para Athletics Grand Prix-14th Fazza International Para Athletics championships held in Dubai from 22 February to the 3rd of March 2023. The Egyptian delegation headed by Dr. Ahmed Ewan was able to snatch ten different medals as follows; 1 gold, 5 silver, and 4 bronze. Egyptian Para athletes were able to qualify to the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games as the championship was part of the qualifier series for the Games. The sole gold medal came through Kareem Mahmoud (T44) in 100m. running.
The five silver medals were collected by Abdel Rahman Youssef (T46) 2 silver medals in the high jump and 100m. running. Mohamed Kamal (F37) in discussed throw, Bassem Ragab (F37) in javelin throw, and Ibrahim Badr (F56) in discuss throw as well.
The four bronze medals were snatched by Abdel Aziz Hashem (T47) who won two medals in 100m. and 400m. running in addition to Gomaa Mohamed (F56) in discuss throw.
