Aya Ayman, the Egyptian Paralympic swimmer has qualified for the World Para Swimming Championship which will take place in Manchester, England.
Ayman qualified in three races: 50 m., 100 m. freestyle, and 100 m. breaststroke, after breaking two African records in the 50 and 100-m. freestyle races.
The World Cup was held from 13 to 20 March with the participation of 304 players representing 35 countries, in addition to 111 local players from 72 clubs.
The biggest Para swimming event outside of the Paralympic games, Manchester 2023 will be the third time the World Championships have taken place in Great Britain.
The last time at London 2019, 637 swimmers from 77 nations were welcomed with 188 records broken, including 39 world records and over 143 million people watching around the world.
